30 day return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. This means you have 30 days from the date you received your order to submit a return request.

How do I make a return?

1. Email support@psykollection.com indicating the item(s) you would like to return, the order number, and the reason for your return.

2. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Once we receive your return it will be processed and your order will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Return Conditions

• Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Please note that any items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
